You have received an email from “Enrollment First E-Sign” containing the joinder agreement documents necessary to join the Limited Partnership. Simply sign the documents electronically to join the Limited Partnership. Submitting these documents is required to continue your MEC plan. If you cannot find the email containing these documents, call Member Services at 866-816-6786 Monday-Friday, 8:00a-7:00p EST to have them re-sent.

    • America’s Consumers & Affiliates, LP holds the contract for this group health plan. To learn more about the Limited Partnership, click here.
  • How do I join the Limited Partnership?
    • You have received an email from “Enrollment First E-Sign” containing the required documentation. Signing and submitting these documents will join you to the Limited Partnership. If you missed the initial email, a reminder will be sent 2 days later.
    • Please note: the joinder documents expire 7 days after the inital send-date. If your documents have expired, please contact Member Services for assistance.
  • What if I didn’t receive the email containing the Limited Partnership joinder documents?
    • Call Member Services to confirm your email address on file. An agent will re-send the documents to the email address you provide.
  • When is the deadline to join the Limited Partnership?
    • Enrollees must join the Limited Partnership by December 15, 2019 in order to continue coverage in 2020.
  • Will my coverage be effective if I do not join the Limited Partnership?
    • No. MEC is only available to partners of the Limited Partnership. Coverage will not remain effective until you have completed the Limited Partnership joinder documents.
